Fellowship

The first line of the vision of our church is
"to be a community of believers in Jesus Christ."

The fellowship team focuses on the word community in that statement. The community within our church is important and a vital part of who we are and who we continue to strive to be.

To be a community means to belong to one another. The fellowship team is devoted to offering opportunities where community can be developed and nurtured. We cultivate spaces so people can have relationships with one another, supporting and encouraging one another in their Christian walk and in all areas of life. God has given us one another to form and be the body of Christ. In order to do that we must spend time together, meeting and getting to know one another. We are to love one another.

Some of the events and opportunities for fellowship are:

• Food and Fellowship every Sunday morning in Celebrations Café 9:00-11:00

• Pig Pickin Christmas in the Café

• Mid week dinners and studies during Lent

• Pool party with children's ministry

• Memorial service receptions

• Spring Fling with Outreach and children's ministry
