Women with Purpose

The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose PURPOSE IS … to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; … to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and … to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.

 

United Methodist Women Trinkets and Treasures

UMW usually has a sale of items in January every year. The profit would go toward supporting some of their missions. Items that sell well ... jewelry collectibles, gently used infants (only) clothing, toys, craft supplies, bazaar items, books, small appliances, sporting goods, tools, bikes.


Circles

United Methodist Women supports local and international missions through study, funding, and action. Holds occasional fellowship gatherings for women of the church. Organized through "circles" - smaller groups of the membership that meet regularly.

Susan Wisner Circle

Meeting are held on the first Saturday of every month at 9:30 am in the LEC (Life Enrichment Center).

Olive Hewitt Circle

Meetings are held on the first Wednesdays, at 1pm in Lakes of Melbourne.
